Our Origins

JW Custom Fabrication has its start in Deville, Louisiana. It was founded by Joshua Wallmuth in 2017 and has been servicing businesses both locally and nationwide since its inception. Joshua has over fifteen years in the fabrication industry, beginning his craft over 20 years ago. Starting with smaller projects such as fire pits and door frames, he earned the trust of his local community and has proven himself to be a master of his craft, which can be attested to by anyone who has ever experienced his work. JW Custom Fabrication, with its growing popularity, sought not only to remedy the needs of local customers but also to meet those of commercial businesses as well. From handrails to staircases, JW Custom Fabrication has become the name that all customers have been able to trust.

In 2023, JW Custom Fabrication created a groundbreaking product, namely, the tractor skid plate. Just like the company itself, the idea has humble origins. In desiring to remedy a problem most tractor owners face, Joshua created the skid plate to protect his tractor’s underbelly from being seriously damaged by debris. Upon its completion, the invention gained traction very fast and became the desire of any tractor owner who saw it. Thus, the tractor skid plate has now become a staple in the history of JW Custom Fabrication. It is patent pending and available for purchase nationwide.
